  • Blue is the Academy’s AI guide and champion for your mental wealth. She reads your field notes, remembers where you left off, reviews submitted work, and points you toward the next guide or mission worth your attention.

  • Credits are earned through study and verified contributions. When a redemption campaign is open, eligible credits can be redeemed under that campaign’s published terms. Rates, minimum balances, availability, and identity requirements vary by campaign.

  • Every cohort page names its facilitator and what they do before you enroll. Facilitators keep the learning on course, host discussion, clarify expectations, and route clinical concerns to a qualified provider.

  • Each cohort opens with written privacy and conduct expectations: what people share inside the cohort stays inside the cohort. No online group can promise perfect confidentiality, so the cohort compact spells out the boundaries before anyone joins.

  • All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Consented survey, quest, and assessment data is cleaned first. User reflections are strictly private and never used for model training. Personally linked information is protected, and what participation involves is explained before any information is collected.
